Anthony O'Flynn

Anthony first began to practice yoga in 1999. He met his teacher Swami Vivekananda Saraswati (who is an international advisor of World Yoga Council) in Rishikesh, India and became a dedicated practitioner of yoga. He has spent approximately two years of his life in India studying, practising and immersing himself in the tradition of yoga. After this period he continued to study under his teacher in Thailand.

This period was invaluable in developing his understanding of a number of branches of yoga. His knowledge extends into many of the disciplines of yoga including hatha, kundalini, tantra, vedanta, laya, karma, raja, kriya and Kashmir Shaivism. Significantly, he advocates a modern approach for people of the 21st century to integrate yoga into their lives.

He believes that the system of yoga can be of benefit to people from all walks of life. His approach is that yoga is for everyone and considers such a system to be an essential aspect to the life of all individuals in the world of today. Anthony’s philosophy is very simple, make regular time for the practice and the beneficial results will follow. His journey into the world of yoga begins with a healthy body and a positive approach to life and its various challenges.

He has always been fascinated with mystery. As a child he was an avid reader of books concerning unexplained phenomena such as telepathy, clairvoyance and parallel worlds. After studying at university for six years and completing a Masters in Communications he embarked on a global expedition seeking out many mysterious destinations such as the Pyramids, Stonehenge and Macchu Picchu. The unexplained remaining a continuous source of magnetism.

After journeying to India he discovered that the biggest mystery of all was the mystery of life. He began to contemplate the big questions, the fundamental meaning as to why we are here. It was here that Anthony realised that the discovery of the true nature of reality was the most thrilling of all adventures. Finally the true purpose of his existence crystallized. His experience in India led to his initiation into the Tantric system. This beginning gave birth to a new journey, the spiritual path.

Today Anthony feels a deep gratitude to live as a spiritual practitioner. He enjoys communicating this critical message and continues to help inspire others to make choices to maximize their own happiness while developing the tranquility of inner peace. He confirms that the yoga practice is for you. Do not think that you need to be a certain stereotype to experience the benefits of yoga. This system has survived for thousands of years and there are many good reasons for this. Come and try yoga and start to make positive changes to your life

Nina Hansen

Originally from Norway, Nina now resides in Australia. Similarly, her journey into the world of yoga began in 1999. Nina has spent extended periods in both India and Thailand studying under Swami Vivekananda Saraswati. This trip to India proved to be a pivotal moment in her life and change in direction. After this beginning she has also spent extended periods in both India and Thailand studying this ancient tradition.

Nina has always believed that we are all responsible for our own happiness. She recognised that each individual seeks to maximise their own personal happiness by pursuing whatever they believe makes them happy. She observed that people from all walks of life have this common goal. Nina noted that this relentless pursuit of happiness was at the heart of human existence.

Upon beginning her studies in yoga, Nina soon realised that this happiness lay within. The contentment we are all searching for is a deep inner peace. Once embracing this simple but timeless yogic philosophy, Nina reoriented her own personal search for true lasting happiness by adopting a yogic lifestyle.

Nina began her spiritual path in India and quickly became fascinated with the richness of Indian philosophy, specifically Tantra. Nina became absorbed by metaphysical and esoteric teachings. Nina completed studies in Visual Communications and the History of Art and Design in England.

Her strong background in art, creativity and design gave Nina a deep appreciation of spiritual art, architecture and esoteric symbolism, all of which have an important role in the spiritual tradition of India.

Nina’s journey towards eternal peace has revealed to her that discontentment and suffering are intrinsic to the souls struggle towards perfection. Each step forward is a new understanding of our true nature. This everlasting true contentment can only come from within. By turning our mind inward this happiness we are all searching for will finally be revealed.

Nina offers a very gentle and soft teaching style. Compassion and tolerance are intrinsic components in her ability to convey the message of yoga in a modern and contemporary approach.

Today Nina believes that bringing your spiritual practice into every moment of life by cultivating awareness is an essential aspect to develop on the spiritual path. This ability to remain present is fundamental to expanding consciousness and is a constant reminder to embrace the journey of life and cherish each and every day.
