Forgive and set yourself free

Imagine moving through life with a sense of inner freedom and peace. Free from resentment and negative emotions from the past – Enjoying every moment in its beauty and simplicity. Is this possible you may ask? – Oh yes, through the power of forgiveness this reality absolutely available to you.

Let it go or be a prisoner of the past

Challenging situations may happen in your life where you end up left with anger and resentment – feeling bad inside. Mean while, the person you are angry with may be out having the time of their life.

It’s been said that resentment is like swallowing poison and expecting the other person to die.

I am not suggesting that you don’t have a reason to be angry – or that a person that you resent did not wrong you But after the incident has passed it is your choice – weather to carry the load of emotional baggage and be a prisoner of the past or to simply let it go.

Imagine holding a cup of tea in your hand, its light and easy – but if you had to hold it for 10 hours, 10 days, 10 years the cup would become a heavy burden. And the same applies to negative experiences.

Reclaim your peace and happiness

When you hold onto stuff you give away your inner power. You give the person or situation the power to make you unhappy.

With forgiveness therefore comes a sense of inner strength and freedom – it makes you untouchable - it’s basically reclaiming your peace and happiness

Forgiveness frees up your inner space and makes room for positive emotions and thoughts. Letting go is choosing a life of contentment, so make sure to keep your inner world free from stuff you don’t want.

Forgiveness is an acceptance of what is. Resentment is wanting things to be different.

Forgiving yourself

The one you need to forgive and accept the most is your self – anything else you can maybe run away from, but not yourself. Accept yourself as you are and watch your inner joy and beauty thrive and blossom.

After studying at university for six years and completing a Masters in Communications at Monash University in Melbourne, Anthony embarked on a global expedition travelling across the globe. Anthony’s life-long interest in mysticism dramatically intensified on a trip to India in 1999, where he began to practice yoga and meditation. This turning point led to a deeper spiritual integration and led Anthony to spend more than two years of his life in India. Anthony deeply immersed himself in the practice of yoga, meditation and studied numerous diverse paths and topics related to spirituality.

Anthony is also the Director of the Paradigm Shift Summit, which is a movement of socially and spiritually aware people who recognise that an awakening is occurring as humanity evolves to a higher more elevated level of consciousness. The Paradigm Shift movement is an expression of the goal of assisting humanity transform to a new level of awareness during this critical transition.

Anthony feels a deep gratitude to live as a spiritual practitioner. He enjoys communicating this critical message and continues to help inspire others to make choices to maximise their own happiness while developing the tranquility of inner peace, presence and true wisdom.
