Shipping and delivery policy
We only ship to addresses in Australia. We deliver products using Australia Post. Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of the product. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Shipping times are estimated between 1 and 6 business days depending on your location.

Advertising and marketing
Any written material submitted to Holistic Yoga & Meditation in the form of feedback forms may be used by Holistic Yoga & Meditation for marketing and advertising purposes. Any photos taken by Holistic Yoga & Meditation of participants may be used for marketing and advertising purposes. If you would prefer we do not use any of your written material or images of you, it is your responsibility to advise Holistic Yoga & Meditation of this request through a written document

By partaking in any of the physical exercises such as but not limited to yoga (including meditation) that are offered by Holistic Yoga & Meditation the participant takes complete responsibility for their safety, health and overall physical, emotional and mental well-being.

RETURNS & REFUNDS 

Events, workshops and retreats
A refund of 70% of the total amount paid is refunded if we receive written notice of a cancellation more than 30 days of an event (workshop, retreat, course) commencing.

A refund of 50% of the total amount paid is refunded if we receive written notice of a cancellation less than 30 days of an event (workshop, retreat, course) commencing.

A refund of 30% of the total amount paid is refunded if we receive written notice of a cancellation less than 7 days of an event (workshop, retreat, course) commencing.

No refund is given for any reason if a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of an event (workshop, course, retreat begins).

Refunds are not provided if a participant for any reason leaves an event (course, workshop, retreat) early.

Holistic Yoga & Meditation reserves the right to provide refunds in instances of cancellations due to extreme circumstances.

In the event that a retreat, workshop, course, class or event is cancelled, Holistic Yoga & Meditation take no responsibility for any costs or expenses that participants have incurred to participate. These include travel expenses, flights, hotels, taxis, transport and any other costs related in attending the event.

Digital products
All digital product sales are final. The format is described in the product description. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure they have the necessary equipment to use the digital product purchased. 

Shipped products
Refunds are provided for shipped products only in the event that they are faulty or defective.
