Events, workshops and retreats
A refund of 70% of the total amount paid is refunded if we receive written notice of a cancellation more than 30 days of an event (workshop, retreat, course) commencing.
A refund of 50% of the total amount paid is refunded if we receive written notice of a cancellation less than 30 days of an event (workshop, retreat, course) commencing.
A refund of 30% of the total amount paid is refunded if we receive written notice of a cancellation less than 7 days of an event (workshop, retreat, course) commencing.
No refund is given for any reason if a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of an event (workshop, course, workshop begins).
Refunds are not provided if a participant for any reason leaves an event (course, workshop, retreat) early.
Holistic Yoga & Meditation reserves the right to provide refunds in instances of cancellations due to extreme circumstances.

All digital product sales are final. The format is described in the product description. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure they have the necessary equipment to use the digital product purchased.
Shipped products
Refunds are provided for shipped products only in the event that they are faulty or defective.
