Fresh green avocado & lime smoothie

This is a super healthy, fresh and yummy smoothie that may be enjoyed as a mini breakfast before morning walk or yoga or a refreshing afternoon snack
Makes approximately 1 liter
Ingredients
2 cups baby spinach loosely packed
1 avocado medium size diced
1/3 cup mint leaves
1 tbs hemp protein*
1 lime pealed and diced
3 cups coconut water
* optional
Method
Layer the ingredients in a high speed blender. Start with the liquid then add the large chunky ingredients and end with the leafy greens.
Blend until smooth. Add more coconut water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
Serve cold with coconut shavings on top.
