Stop resisting your challenges!
I believe that one of the biggest misconceptions we have that causes self-loathing and stress is that when we experience challenges in life, we adopt the perspective that we are doing something wrong. If we have disagreements in relationships – intimate, at work or with family we think that we are off-track, that there is something not right with us or them.
But what if expressing our differences is a normal and healthy part of our journey, that in relationships you have to step out of your comfort zone and be willing to have uncomfortable conversations in order to grow together.
What if we start to see this process positively – as opportunities that allow us to evolve and become a complete human being. This includes getting to know ourselves and expressing our needs better, creating healthy boundaries, developing humbleness, as well as fusing with compassion and love at the depth of our being.
Let go of resistance
Then maybe we will not approach our challenges with so much resistance – in fact we will welcome them! We are all super athletes training for the greatest race of all – the journey of evolution!
As life is a school for evolution of your consciousness – maybe the ‘perfect life’ is a life that does include challenges!
Oh no! ‘That’s not what I want to hear’ I hear you say!
But I can certainly confirm that the difficulties in my life have made me deeper, stronger and a more compassionate person, and trust me I have had plenty of them! My challenges made me grow on the inside and in retrospect I am grateful for them.
Your inner landscape defines how you experience this precious time on planet earth – so let’s make it a glorious race by embracing all that life throws at you. Step into your inner power – open your mind, heart and spirit to the possibilities and bliss of human consciousness.
